LENTILSBURGER
When I produce things with my own hands I believe that I leave my energy and part of me in each meal. I think that anything done with hands is unique. Fuck technology for once. But, how did I get into this? How did I ever think in cook something like this? Come on, I am in the SouthAmerica MEAT CAPITAL. Anyway there is a veggie movement in this city. And SouthAmerica is considered like a full vegetables continent of rices & beans. But, lets face it, there are not too much people who prefer vegetarian food like this capital cities: London, Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, Rome, etc.
Its not necessary to be a vegan or vegetarian for try some veggies meals. It would be grate if there were not any label for describes any type of people.
This was an amazing experience for me. Since I think in vegetables, a lot of ideas came to my brain instantly. So, I welcome these ideas and creativity to create something new for me and I am pretty sure that will have my creative touch.
