The CHOCOTORTA, argentine unique flavor

The Chocotorta was a real discover for me. Actually, I prefer salty food, but this argentine dessert allowed me to show my sweetness side. Three, or why not?, four floors of chocolates cookies between layers of Spreaded Milk. One of the greatest flavors of this culture, called Dulce de Leche. Something amazing that you could taste with a spoon. 



What if we add some melted chocolate all over it and give it the artist touch? Another essential ingredient call Rocklets, a kind of argentine M&Ms, give to this unforgettable dessert a fun and colorful personality. Everything is subjective but, for me, is better if you crush all the rocklets so you could enjoy his flavor better. Do you prefer more naturales ingredients? We could ad it too, with little pieces of strawberries. Doesn´t it enough cheerfulness for the day?

Rocklets 100g
Strawberries 250g
Melted chocolate 80g
