It´s amazing how we develop our skills with practice. I mean, I like theory but I am too impulsive to not go forward with my ideas. I need to see my ideas done and with food all my creativity flows thru my dishes. My carrier have started with design, art direction, paper craft, photography, creative direction and gastronomy. Now, I am the mix of everything I done in my life That 's my multi-tasking personality. I am a multifaceted Creative Dreamer that found an unbelievable Creative Space in the art of Cuisine. And these skills change my point of view and each time I choose news ingredients and light my fire for cook and create I change, because I find new ways and techniques to make love thru food.
