PEAS Milonga

In the time when the only important thing was to give all the effort to reach some of the most important goals of my childhood, I discovered the meaning of home made food.
This taste told us about my family story. My family´s economic situation.
We didn't´t have all the money to pay for a great school for me or university for my sister.
So I should have the best scores possible to be in one of the best schools. Or that was what my parents thought in that time.

Actually I believe that I didn't learn something relevant at school. Everything I know, its because of my grandmother and some life tips from my parents, but I think that we decide who we want to be thur our own life. We discover that with the time.
So, I used that effort once again to try to be who really I want to be.
And that´s life. That´s the hard part of this adventure: Find our selfs.

Nevertheless, I found some part of that idea thru this food. This food represents my childhood and its my town food. Its called Food for poor people, cause is cheap but its story is rich. So this is a mix my cultures. The peruvian part thru this Peas Puré, the argentine part, thru the Milanese and the healthy part, Capsicum. This is me right now.
This is my way to enjoy life.
