Potatoes. Peruvian cuisine is not only ceviche. We could find hundreds of potatoes and corn types. This is typical Andean food. When spanish's arrived into the Inca´s Empire, 500 years ago, they found a broken state but full of amazing food called Potato. Then, they took it to Europe.

For us, peruvians, rise and potato are the basic meals for exist. They are the complement of our day. Why? Because is f***ing cheap dude. These give us strenght for work. That´s why is the 3rd important nutriment in the world.
