BEETROOT PASTA with SWEET POTATO cream
Give me some ingredients and I will tell you what new flavors we could mix. When I start to cook I think in colors, textures, mixed flavors and a disruptive presentations without missing the essence of the idea.
Nevertheless, today I think in make decisions about what I am going to eat. I mean, if I take any product from the market I imagine where does this product come from? That's my food´s reason why. When I started to have this FOOD AWARENESS every little thing changed.
So, instead buying a pasta pack, I started to make it by my own hands. Because, the effect is authentic and unique. You could feel the texture of a handmade pasta in your tongue and you'll feel the difference. I f***ing promise.
So, this handmade idea is already done, obviously. There´re a lot of pasta houses that sell this product and is not new at all. But, what about if we add another natural ingredient? And it could be any kind of vegetable. Just imagine what color that a pasta could have.
A rainbow come into my brain right now. However, when I looked into my fridge I just found a couple of sweet potatoes and beetroot. Here is the moment when the creativity shows by itself. And this is the outcome.

Milk Cream 150ml
Sweet Potato x1
Fennel 30g
Salt + Pepper
